You keep saying that it worked for so many years. You have yet to answer
most of the questions we have posed, the first of which is - have you
disabled email scanning by your anti virus application? Have you checked
with your ISP that the configurations are still correct? Are the other
systems working with the same configuration? Have you checked?

I see that now you are posting the correct error message. In previous
response you quoted the incoming server message. One wonders whether OE
is set up correctly at all with the proper servers?
