cannot print from OE or IE

A while back, we had a system that was unable to print
from OE and IE. I stumbled across an kb article which
guided me to a corrupt registry key that simply needed to
be deleted, and the problem went away. I am experiencing
the same issue on a different system but am unable to
locate the kb article that helped me resolve this in the
past. Does anyone recall what that may have been?

There are no error messages, when trying to print from
these two applications, nothing happens. I believe the
kb article referred to 'no print dialog box appears' when
trying to print (or something like that)

Any help is appreciated
