When you started with that old ISP, did they give you software to install?
Probably so and it's been branded which is common because they used the
Internet Explorer Administration Kit to personalize IE an OE among other
things.
To change this to http://support.microsoft.com/ open regedit (START |
Run )
Now, do a search (Edit | Find) for the old ISP's link and replace it with
the above.

After installing SP2 to Internet Explorer 6 / Outlook Express I find a
strange phenomenon. With Outlook Express running, I click the following
path: Help -> Microsoft on the Web -> On Line Support
Now, bizarrely, instead of taking me to Microsoft on the Web, I find the web
site of an old ISP automatically opens up.The ISP is WWW.Wanadoo.com .
Any suggestions how I can stop this happening would be much appreciated.
Thank you
