I am setting up 2 machines with XP Pro on a small p2p network. They connect
to the net and each other with a router.
Only one email account is to be used by both machines and I'm trying to find
a way to do this efficierntly since OE cant be 'synced' across the network
to download into both Inboxes at the same time and show the same Sent folder
messages.
Other than leaving the mail on the server, which doesn't really work for us,
I was wondering if the following is a feasible idea ? To create a shortcut
on the desktop of computer_2 to open & read the Inbox (&/or Sent folder) of
OE on computer_1 ? So effectively, only the OE application files are being
used on computer_2, and the 'data' or folders are being read off computer_1
?
Any ideas and methods appreciated.
