Outlook Express and netscape

trying to use outlook to get my mail, after Much
Research, and many Conflicting opinions, try'd this:

using that configuration I can now send, but having
problems accessing recieved... I get this error.. The
connection to the server has failed.
Account: 'pophost1.netscapeonline.co.uk',
Server: 'pophost1.netscapeonline.co.uk', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error
Number: 0x800CCC0E
I have also try'd with pophost2 as per the instructions
in the link.. have try'd with secure pw authentication
checked and have try'd taking down my firewall, still get
the error, my outgoing (smtp) is set to
mailhost.netscapeonline.co.uk and works fine, my incoming
(pop3) is set to pophost1.netscapeonline.co.uk and
errors, what do I need to set it to, to recieve?
running xp home Without sp2, and aol 9 (my isp) with
norton firewall.
