When I place my cursor on a senders email address (the sender's OS is Windows
98, IE is browser, Netscape is the email), I am asked if I want to download
and install a "Simplifed Chinese language pack". Why is this happening? My OS
is Windows XP, IE is my broswer, email is OutLook Express. Thanks in advance
for any help!!!!
P.S.: This only happens from this particular sender.
