Yes, both MS Office and Outlook are installed. However, my friend is a consultant who wears several hats, depending on who is working for, so he needs the concept of Identities offered by Outlook Express for all his email. Sadly, Outlook does not have this "identity" concept implemented.

    This is my "old" p3 550MHz PC, formerly Windows 98, but now upgraded to Windows XP Pro.  Probably I need to remove and reinstall Windows Messenger so that the friend who now owns this PC can sign on with his Messenger ID rather that mine.  But that's the subject of another post.
