If your question is about the size of the Folder List, it is not resizable
when the option is set under View/Layout to show the Folder List. If you
uncheck that box, then add a button to the Toolbar in Outlook Express for
Folder List (right click the Toolbar, select Customize the scroll to Folder
List and click Add), you will find when you use the button, the size of the
list is resizable by moving the mouse to the right edge of the list until it
changes to a double headed arrow, then dragging it to the desired size. If
that is the size you always wish it to open to, then use the 'x' at the top
of the Folder List box to close it, click the Folder List button and it will
reopen to your desired default size.
