XP SP2 has lost my OE files

I downloaded and installed the Service Pack 2 today and
now my address book has gone along with the hundreds of
important business e-mails that I had kept. Is there any
way I can restore my old Outlook Express folders? I have
a Dell Inspiron 5150 running Windows XP pro.

Thanks in advance for any help.
