Hi and thanks to both of you for the time and careing enough to help.
Interestingly, switching back and forth between identities eventually led to
the failure of being able to switch manually. The difference is that the "on"
identity emails were still visible and the option to select another identity
remained - though it could not carry through. Now I can rest and await the
SP2.
