Are you connected to ntworld.com when you attempt to send? If not, they may
be blocking all mail that does not originate from a connected customer. Are
you using authentication to verify that you are an authorized user?

Check under Tools/Accounts/Mail tab and double click the ntworld.com account
and then click the Server tab. Is there a check mark in the box "My server
requires authentication?"
