Hotmail Recieve Problems

heyal,

i have outlook express set to retrieve my hotmail and
usually works fine for most part but now it just seems to
be in a lost loop taking forever to d/l messages or
actually now not even d/l'ing them. it started with one
other account i wasn't recieving anything it would just
hang not progressing to the next account.

settings are correct and i can access them thru websit.

i have searched for answers and got no where, if anyone
can shed some light on this i would be ever so
appreciative.
