Well, you could just open the address book and click the icon that
says Print. But that uses a lot of paper. This is a much better way.

Open the Address Book and go to: File>Export>Other Address Book.
Click on: Text File (comma separated value). Click:
Export>Browse>Select a folder>Name and Save.Click Next. At this point
you can check what information you want saved. Finish per
instructions.
