OE keeps crashing

I am using Windows XP Home. OE was working properly till last few
days, but now it crashes it starts.

I can see OE opening all folders, then it crashes and asks me to send
error report.

Funnily, my all MS applications like IE, MS word also crash at
opening. I am using Opera as net browser.

Yesterday, I tried Outlook as OE was not working. Outlook worked
perfectly , I could send and receive email, but today Outlook also
crshes without giving any error report.

What should I do.

Please tell me if more information required to understand the problem.
