Was the message to which you're replying sent in Rich Text or HTML? When
you click on Format, is Rich Text or Plain Text chosen? Is the formatting
toolbar appearing?
Tip: I suggest you get on with your imaging because WinUp has some goodies
for you, both now and in a few days. <wink>
