No problems that I'm aware of, but I'm wary of "first tier" tech help who
always reply that the problem is with the program. Ask to have your problem
"escalated" to the next level of tech support. Assuming they provide POP3
or IMAP support, they should be knowledgeable about how to set up your
account in Outlook Express so that it will work for you. If you are still
getting the same errors about passwords, it could be that the Protected
Stores files may be damaged on your computer. Depending on your operating
