Jim,
I tried deleting the identity and creating a new one with a new password and worked with SBC / Yahoo. They even went over it with me on the phone while I was doing it. They say that this is a problem with OE and not with my e-mail account (because I can get to my e-mails using the password from www.yahoo.com). They can't help me any more. Are there problems with using EO and sbcglobal.net e-mail accounts? I'm so stuck!!! Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks!
