Both the Hotmail and MSN versions of webmail have consistently had problems
with integration in Outlook Express. While they may work fine for weeks and
even months, there will come a time when the setup just "chokes" and there
is no other option than to use the web interface. So, I stick with the web
interface all the time. I find it less irritating than trying to guess
whether it's my setup, my network or the servers having problems. Your
choice.
