Hi Kirk,
One or more other DBX files may have been damaged. Deleted Items.dbx and
Folders.dbx would be two possibilities. These two files could be renamed or
deleted. The problem may prove hard to pinpoint. Creating a new identity
would be one course of action. This will create a new message store and
registry entries. Messages could be imported from the current identity.
There is a chance the damage will also be imported.
