Please .. I think I should start from the beginning.
My OS was originally Windows ME and upgraded to Windows XP Home ED.
I somehow "screwed up" the whole system and lost Winxp Home. I reinstalled the Windows ME and got it back working fine except for OE. All was working okay before I messed up.
POP3 is my server here in the NE. PA.
