We really have a problem here. I tried to send a test message to this email.
I received the following:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by
the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'pequeña79_@hotmail.com'.
Subject 'Esto es un test', Account: 'xxxx', Server: 'yyyyy.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Server Response: '553 5.1.3 syntax error; address cannot contain 8bit
characters: pequeña79_@hotmail.com', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 553, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

So maybe the wizes can interpret this better than myself.

hope this helps,
haim

Hello,
I have tried both methods. First removing the Tilde
symbol. It is sent but comes back as Mailer-Daemon,
(hotmail does not have this address) Second, even when I
type out the email pequeña79_hotmail.com it still gives
the same error message. Could it be something else.
