That's strange since Import from Eudora is the first item in the list when I
click File/Import/Messages. You
cannot import from later versions of Netscape 6 and higher but you can
import them into Eudora and then into Outlook Express. If the option is not
there, you most likely have a corrupted install, which is likely if you
allowed an antivirus program to remain running in the background during your
last install/upgrade.
