Ignorance is bliss for many.

Please read my mail and the reply from my IP provider.

[ Dear Sir,
Kindly guide me on the following:
Have you blocked access to all usenet servers. I do not know why am I
not in a position to access msnews.microsoft.com when I
configure Outlook Express for the same----I get Unable to connect to the
server. In Netscape I get: Connection to the server msnews.microsoft.com
 timed out.
 Why so please guide.
Thanks in advance.
