Outlook Freezing on Launch

Just wanted if someone could offer some pointers on how
to fix this.

My OE which was working fine, is now suddenly freezing up
on launch. I don't know if it's because I have too many
messages, or some other error, but any advice is
appreciated.

I would also like to know if someone knows how to access
the folder it physically stores your messages in on the
HDD. I haven't been able to locate it anywhere.
