Box 1 - Where the Subject line contains specific words
Box 2 - Check:Move it to specific folder and Stop processing more
rules
Box 3 - Click on the blue Specific folder and select the folder you
want it to go to. {Create the folder first}.

Or do the same thing for message body. Just change it in Box 1.
