    With 56k dialup I go online twice a day to bring in mail and newsgroup
    messages, then being retired read them off line sometime later - if
    I've no gardening or domestic jobs to be done!

    How can I benfit from having a broadband always on connection, and
    what
    settings will I have to alter in OE.
