This is exactly what I did before I came to you. I
installed the 1st Anti-Spam which is called "Spam
Remover", I think. At the end, it was unable to check my
emails. An error message appeared. I had to deinstall
it. The second Anti-Spam I installed was called "Spam
Fighter". After the installation, I restared my PC.
When I opened my OE, it asked me to close it down before
the changes take effect. I clicked ok. It closed down
my OE and then the same request occurred. I clicked ok
again. When OE opened up, I didn't find any of my
folders. I restarted the computer. The same messages
appeared asking me to close down OE for the changes to
take effect. But, I didn't find my folders. I wrote to
their support and asked them to help me resolve the
problem and get my folders back. So far I have not
received a reply. I decided to remove this Anti-Spam and
turned to you for help.
