MailTo is a Windows file type. Call it something else.
The workaround you found is what I use. I doubt that you can customize just
this one instance of an EML file, Alba.

Express, not new message. And, of course all manner of SPAM floods in while
I attempt to halt the flow to create a new message!
What can be causing this??
The problem has me very close to the point of seriously considering
having to overwrite OE or uninstall OE and trying to reinstall it again onto
my XP Pro PC from disk? Where would this leave me with my FOUR separate
identities in OE and their archived messages? Would this procedure wipe
everything from OE from my PC?
