The clue is here :-
"domain isn't allowed to be relayed"
You have to be dialed up to the account that hosts the SMTP server, or
you cannot use the SMTP server. Contact the ISP to which you are dialed
up and ask what SMTP server to use. You can then set that under Tools |
Accounts | Mail | Properties | Servers.
