First of all this is a Windows newsgroup, so don't mix Mac stuff in here,
please. Most of us don't know a thing about Macs. Post the complete
Windows error message.

The page Kath pointed you to
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/problems/errors.htm#550relay should be
appropriate.

If you're sending from your Benny@ISP1.com mail account but connected at the
time to ISP2.com when you're sending, you'll get that error. ISP2 doesn't
allow you to send mail from an address other one than its own.
