    Do you have view>current view>group messages by conversation checked?
    Just click and drag the whole of the thread to the folder you want to
    copy them to.
    For multiple threads/messages>highlight one>hold Ctrl down and highlight
    all the others you want to move>click and drag them all. To save them
    all>highlight one>Ctrl + a>click and drag them all.
