Also keeps popping up whenver I attempt to go to OE6 even after deleting messenger...I just added the messenger 6.2 and it went nuts but even before that was getting the "has encountered problems do u want to send report" stuff..Just needed to add that. Will be back in a few hours and appreciate any help, Marty
