Are you getting confused between identities and accounts ?
Each user apart from having separate identity will also require their own
pop3 or hotmail email account. Then when the identity is logged in set the
account to only include the pop3 or hotmail account applicable to that user.
Log off the identity and then got the next identity and create the account
for them. Note if you email addresses for each user are NOT indiviual pop3
accounts but Alias of the main email address then you will still have
problems, each user needs their own Email Address Pop3 box on the server.
Alternately you can play with message rules and try filtering out the
unwanted users from the logged in identity.....
