I already wished you good luck and I meant it. Try posting to an
appropriate newsgroup rather than one for Outlook Express.

The reason for the question again as to operating system was that all of
your newsgroup prior posts appeared to be related to Mac computer groups as
in this link:

As such I wanted to be certain that we were both talking about a Windows
operating system. I'll be gone for the next two weeks so I hope you fix
your problem by something a little less dramatic than reformat, but that's
