Hi,

Method 1:
=========
Do you have the lattest virus deninitions for the week of Anti-Virus
Loaded? If not update the Anti-Virus. This is one of the symptoms of the
NIMDA virus. The virus can arrive in a blank email.

Method 2:
=========
Check your background color. To make sure right click on the email body
that is blank and select Select ALL . What do you see ?

Method 3:
=========
1. Open Outlook Express
2. Go to Tools->Options
3. Select the "Read" tab and click on "Fonts" button
4. Change the default encoding setting to Western (ISO).
5. Open Internet Explorer
6. Go to Tools->Internet Options
7. Under Temporary Internet Files, click on "Delete files" button
8. In the Delete files dialog box, please check "Delete all offline
content" and click on "OK" button

Method 4:
=========
1. Start -> Run
2. Type "REGSVR32 INETCOMM.DLL" without quotes

Method 5:
=========
Here's the how you reinstall/repair Internet Explorer:

For Windows 9x Sytems:

1. Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add Remove Programs
2. Select Internet Explorer, then Repair

For Windows XP Systems:

First, try reinstalling from the INF files.

1. Click Start -> Run
2. Type the following command
3. "rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132
%windir%\inf\ie.inf"
4. When prompted for the CD, Insert the windows XP cd

This fixes most problems. If not, see below the KB Article:

If all else fails, see KB article

Hope this helps ...... :)
