Importing Lotus Notes mail

My company uses Lotus Notes for mail, although the current
management is considering Exchange/Outlook, and I have a
Salesman that wants to import his mail (several years
worth) into Outlook Express. I've tried the exporting
to .csv file, but that didn't work. Thought I'd try here
before giving up. Thanks.
