My OE6 is my default mail handler, I recently installed
Office 97, which contained Outlook, since then if I try
to send a file from one of my folders(Example: My
Pictures) I click on: Email File , which should open OE6
Automaticly, I get a promt to create a profile for
Outlook, I uninstalled Office 97 and reinstalled except
Outlook and this did not help. My OE6 works fine for all
other email functions except the problem metioned above
or if I select the Mail icon in the toolbar in IE6, OEis
set as default in IE tools, And in Options in OE, Iam
currently running WinXP Home Edition and I am up to date
on all Microsoft updates. I do not have a problem sending
mail through email links from websites OE works fine. Any
suggestions?
