Downloading only messages headers from POP server

Is there any way of downloading only the message headers
from the POP server using OE? I receive some 80-100 virus-
infected messages with lenghts ranging from 20 to 100 KB
each, and this would save me a lot of time. Ultimately I
would like to be able to mark which messages to delete on
the POP server before downloading the messages in their
whole (just like the little Email Remover program). Do you
know any plug-in program integrating with OE to do this?
