What version of Internet Explorer/Outlook Express are you using (as shown in
the Help/About screen for each program)? It sounds like you have some type
of mixed versions or you may have installed the XP-SP1 (RC1) release and VML
is not properly rendered then. Post back with the version numbers in the
Help/About screens for both programs, and we'll try to help.
