Thanks to both Bruce and Jim - it is now working today,
ran out of time yesterday. This is what I did:
Ran the CWShredder yesterday, then had to leave. Today
noticed still no e-mail so figured I'd start over with
procedures to see if difference after having run shredder
yesterday so tried the regsvr32 inetcomm.dll and it
worked, (before it gave me that load library failed msg).
Rebooted (although not sure that was necessary) and logged
into OE and and there were my messages.
Thanks again, although I have a sinking feeling this may
not be the end of this as I'm still getting things popping
up which I thought the Shredder would have fixed.
