Nothing has fixed it at all, not even temporarily. I
tried everything you suggested (regsvr32.dll,changing
font, deleting temp files). As to MS message file #318378
this refers to Microsoft XP, I'm using ME, although on
Microsoft automatic update I got the new upgrade patches
for OE and IE so everything should be up to date. Guess
I'll have to now try all the spyware suggestions. If
anything works I will indeed let you know. I'm wondering
if all the suggested fixes worked for everyone else.
Thanks again,
Marcia
