*UPDATED*

further down the page and it sounds like he's having the
same problem as me. He said that the error message reads:
Outlook Express could not be started. The application was
unable to open the Outlook Express message store. Your
computer may be out of memory or your disk is full.
contact microsoft support for further assistance.

When he clicked OK, the following message appeared:
Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL
could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be
installed correctly.
I don't know if the second error message is the same as
what mine said but the first bit is the same.
Now all it does when I try
>opening it is to tell me that the Program Cannot be
>Opened. I have just two options - "Send Error report"
>or "Don't send". Needless to say, OE then just closes

>I've even tried going via Microsoft Online Interactive
>help thing but I can't find Outlook Express in the list
>of "Product Names".
