sounds like you may be infected with a virus/worm/trogan.
you need to download some software to check your system.
adaware from http://lavasoft3.element5.com/software/adaware/
is a good one.
make sure you have a good virus scanner and firewall installed.
AVG from www.grisoft.com is a GOOD FREE virus program.
