Move any messages you wish to save from the Inbox to another local mail
folder, then close Outlook Express. Now do a file search for Inbox.dbx (In
Windows 2000 and XP the DBX files are hidden) and delete it. Repeat the
process for Deleted Items.dbx and delete it. Outlook Express will create
new, uncorrupted ones on next startup.
