Here's my scenerio. I'm running Windows XP. I have a Norton firewall and
Norton antivirus all updated and intact. All of the sudden after my Outlook
express has not been used for a period of time ( usualy 8-10 hours) when I
try to open it I get TWO dialouge boxes. The first says:
Outlook Express could not be started . The application was unable to create
the Internet Account manager. Your computer may be out of memory or your
disk is full. Contact Microsoft Support for assistance ( 0x800705AA ).
I press okay and the next box pops up and says:
Outlook express could not be started because MSOE.dll could not be
intialized . Outlook Express may not be installed correctly.
Now I've been running outlook 6 since I purchased my computer a year ago ,
and I still have 44 gigs of free space. I don't understand it . The only
other info I can offer you is that when this happens, my Windows Media
player will not open either . All I get is the Welcome to Windows Media 9
Series set up box. I go through the motions and still no Media player. My
only option to get into my mail and media player is to reboot everytime and
it is getting to be a pain in the ***. I have searched everywhere on the
microsoft support site for answers but I can't find a thing. I have even
searched the net for this problem. Please , Please, help.
Thanks for your time,
Deryck
