Jim et al,
Thanks for helping myself and, it apears, a number of other as well on
this problem.
Running 'regsvr32' did resolve the problem.
This machine is running McAfee online virus scan version 8.0.26
The PC has not been upgraded in any way during the period that this
problem occurred.
Im happy to say that since running the register command, the problem
has not re-appeared.
Can anyone speculate as to why runing the 'regsvr32' command one time,
resolves the problem.
