The only way to get it is to use MSN9. Otherwise you have to use the old
way.
When you visit the web page, you get an ActiveX control. That is where the
option comes in.
MSN 9 added it to the list when it is installed. Outlook Connector as well
for premium services I believe which allows Outlook to be used instead along
with other options.
