Msimn caused an invalid page fault in module inetcomm.dll

START | Run
then type in:
regsvr32 inetcomm.dll
and press ENTER
also this can happen if there is more than one WSOCK32.DLL.
It should be only in the Windows\System (or Windows\System32 for XP and
2000)
If you find one in the Windows folder, rename it.
