Main screen name won't receice mail

Hi
I received a few Bogus E Mails, using my sever as a hook-
I fell for the first one and opened it --- it had a virus
I was able to get rid of the virus o.k.---the next few
Bogus e Mails I just deleted ---today I received one but
it would not let me delete it-- I shut down Outlet Express
--still nothing --SOOOOO--- Ctrl-Alt-Del---
That worked --- I was able to delete the bogus E Mail
but now I can not receive any E Mail and it won't even list the
old ones I did not delete, using my main Screen name---
I can send but not receive--
I get this message---
"An Outlook Express store file may be damaged. Please use a utility such as
ScanDisk to verify and repair any damaged files. Account:
'mail.mn.astound.net', Server: 'mail.mn.astound.net', Protocol: POP3, Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0155"
All my other Screen names work fine --send receive --the
works-
I talked to my sever and they told me there is a glitch
in the Inbound file-- I reloaded Windows 98 --still no
luck--
