In the event of a full mailbox, The Mailman just throws
the message on the ground, and people just walk all over
it. Now seriously, I have a paid E-mail account, and I
have a few options for how to handle it. They can just
return the message. Start losing attachments. Or delete my
older messages to fit newer ones. I never have gotten one
e-mail in my hotmail account. I do know that if someone
with a free hotmail account isn't activeReally really
often, their E-mail gets locked and it's automatically
deleted.
